It’s pretty much a given that many of us will have the Monday blues after the 4th of July weekend, right? We had friends in town for the 4th and celebrated at the beach with our kiddos and then dined on delicious Ramen (very American, right?). We were back home to put the kids to bed by 7pm. It was perfect. These days I’m pretty exhausted by 8pm and don’t want to do much more than lay on the couch in elastic-waisted sweats.
