I’ve been using Box of Style for a year now and each time I get one in the mail (once per season) I feel like it’s Christmas Day and rip it open to be delightfully surprised and thoroughly impressed with what’s inside. I’ve acquired my favorite beach cover-up of all time and found out about more than one ridiculously good skincare products this way so clearly I am not canceling this subscription anytime soon. This season (my second Spring box from them) is my favorite to date and here’s why. Not only is it loaded with over $400 worth of products for only $99, but each and every piece is something I would wear (and have worn) on repeat. As always, I wanted to make sure I really love every piece or can give you an honest review of why I didn’t love something so I’ve been wearing and using these for a solid month to ensure things have been properly tested and I’ve included a promo code just for Bethanimalprint readers at the end.
I use my skin gym every damn day with my CE Ferulic Acid and the deliciously creamy Edible Beauty Gold Rush Eye Balm that came with this box this season. It’s therapeutic in that it feels amazing to have a little face massage. It also seriously helps add a little definition to my otherwise puffy cheeks and baggy undereyes because it helps fluid to drain.
I took this scarf with me to Spain and wore it THREE times. It adds the perfect amount of pattern to an otherwise minimalist outfit. I love it wrapped around the neck as a choker or draped loosely and also wear it as a headband sometimes (see below).
The clutch above is also from Box of Style. It’s hard to see (darn iPhone pics!) but is so cute so please see above photos. Chicness aside, my favorite part of the clutch is really that proceeds have gone to be used to build a home Honduran family in need. I seriously love how philanthropic Tribe Alive is and their pieces are so high-quality and beautiful. Being made by hand is a huge part of that and I feel like I am a small part of the larger story of helping those in need when I wear their pieces.
Here’s the scarf as a headband and me pretending to curl my hair for an Aveeno collaboration. Hey, you’ve got to make content somehow! I’m also wearing the beautiful bracelets from this season’s box here and if you’re in the market for a great curling wand I highly recommend this one. I may be pretending to curl in this shot but it was really curled with this iron (just earlier in the day!)
