Hi friends! A few weeks ago, I started ‘The Fit Sitch’ to share updates on my progress with my diet and exercise goals. Diet and exercise are the two things I get questions on the most and I l-o-v-e talking about it, but there really is no better way to share workouts, tips and easy recipes (I mean EASY as I am not much of a cook) than via video. Also, having them live separate on YouTube makes it so those that aren’t as interested in the fitness side of things never have to see it. It’s basically a little club just for you fellow fitness fanatics and I. 🙂 I really hope you guys enjoy these videos and if there is anything specific you’d like me to cover, please let me know!
