With my Mom-in-Love in town, The Banker and I headed to the city to spend some time with good friends and, of course, each other! One of the events we partook in was our friend’s black-tie wedding. (Needless to say, a formal event is a great excuse to go ‘all out’ with a red carpet worthy look.)
Getting ready is half the fun, but since I lacked the necessary time to doll up, I stepped in to Social Beauty Co. for hair and make up, armed with inspiration a la Pinterest. They gave me precisely the ‘Old Hollywood’ look I wanted and made it a super-fun process. It truly feels like I’m hanging out with my girlfriends every time I’m there.
